基礎から学ぶ最新NMR解析法 第9回ワークショップ
―AIを活用したNMR解析－

■概要
現在ではサイエンスの分野から日常生活に至るまで、AIを活用した技術を目にする機会は多いですが、NMRの分野においてもAIを活用したツール開発が進められています。このようなAIツールは，NMRの解析を効率化し、またユーザの参入障壁を下げるものであることから、これからのNMR分野になくてはならない要素と期待されています。
今回のワークショップでは、AIを活用したNMR解析ツールの開発や、AIを取り入れたNMR研究・構造生物学研究を推進する国内外の研究者を招き、ワークショップと講演会を開催します。
講習会1日目では、Web server tool “Tamarind.bio” (https://www.tamarind.bio/)を利用したハンズオンワークショップを開催し、alphafoldをはじめ各種AI toolを利用いたします。2日目には、1日目のワークショップで実行した計算結果について、参加者の皆様と議論します。ワークショップで活用するソフトウェアや研究手法については、1日目および2日目に、各講師の皆様に解説、ご講演を行っていただきます。是非、みなさまのご参加をお待ちしております。
■OverView
Nowadays, we have many opportunities to see AI-based technologies from the field of science to everyday life, and AI-based tools are being developed in the field of NMR as well. Such AI tools are expected to be an indispensable element in the field of NMR in the future, as they will make NMR analysis more efficient and lower the barrier to entry for users.
In this workshop, we invite domestic and international researchers who are developing AI-based NMR analysis tools and promoting NMR and structural biology research incorporating AI to hold workshops and lectures. In the workshop, we will utilize the web server tool “Tamarind.bio” (https://www.tamarind.bio/) to perform analyses using various AI tools, including Alphafold. On the second day, we will discuss the calculation results from the first day’s workshop with all participants.
Two lectures in the first day will be given in English.
